Kevin has been a Realtor since 2005. He comes from a family with experience in architecture and construction. Kevin resides in two different counties Nye and Clark. He is very familiar with the Real Estate market in Pahrump and Las Vegas valley. Kevin has a wealth of Experience handling the REO properties and is continuing with his expertise with The Brenkus Team REO Division. He is very goal oriented and pays attention to detail. As the leader of the REO Divison on the Brenkus Team, Kevin monitors the Brenkus Team standards of a 5 hour occupancy check and deliver y of an accurate 36 hour BPO. Kevin is responsible for all REOs from the time the team receives an assignment. He works well with other team members to ensure a successful close of escrow. Kevin and his team make sure that the properties are maintained in the highest standard and ensures the Brenkus Team regularly receives a PERFECT SCORE from over 30 + clients including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on inspection reports. He is an excellent communicator and problem solver and treats the Assets as his own. His motto is Speed, Perfection and no Excuses!

Alexandra comes from a family that’s been in real estate for over 20 years! Having spent her entire real estate career with The Brenkus Team she understands the benefits of working with a team of agents! Not only is she equipped with the knowledge on how to protect Sellers in contract negotiations, she also monitors the Real Estate market almost daily! She contacts each Seller weekly with important information on marketing, activity, agents who’ve shown the property and what is going on in the current market. Her main objective is to expose the property, encourage agents to write offers and keep the Seller informed every step of the way. Getting the home sold and netting the Sellers the most money possible is her goal!
